I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1993 and as I pivot, introducing a product/service by following my passion for the arts, I’ve been reading a number of articles on B2B and B2C marketing. There seems to be a shift when exploring effective strategies for introducing and engaging with customers.
I’ve often seen the reference to “humanize your business” by sharing stories to introduce the person behind the logo. Finding innovative ways to share our great ideas and start new conversations, building connections within our target markets.
Now, more than ever, I believe, we are all looking for “good news” stories that share innovative ideas.
When I created the #shareyourstories platform, my intension was to share your great ideas under an umbrella of mentorship. Increase your visibility, encourage collaboration and build connections within your community. As an author and speaker on mentorship I had my own lightbulb moment.
They say that timing is everything and now more than ever I understand the power of paying it forward. I guess, you could say, I’ve been sharing my international marketing expertise by supporting the website and offering new and innovative ways to shine a light on you and your business albreit through an ad hoc on-line newspaper with you as the contributor.
As we continue to grow the SYS community we are being asked to add additional marketing features to the website and are now exploring a Community Store. A page where you may feature your products and services with a direct link to purchase. Another opportunity to support and learn from each other.
There is one thing that will remain the same…. Sharing your story in our guest blog and then participating in our interview series Business Mentorship; Keepin It Real will ALWAYS be complimentary….part of my continued commitment to paying it forward to the entrepreneurial community.
If your ready to share your great idea…visit our website, share your story and while your at it,

It is a great way to build assets that you may use as part of your marketing strategy while being inspired.
