Do You Have A “Wingman?”

You?ve just been tasked with buying a ticket for a first class Corporate Health and Wellness partner. You need to find the perfect wingman. The most obvious question: Who would you choose to interact with your most valuable asset: Your Team?

Its not just about return on investment. A well organized; monitored and effective plan needs to be scalable and simple enough to provide both tangible and intangible results.

Where do you buy a ticket?

The core values, mission and vision statement of your provider should align with your own value system and the ?people? delivering the services should be representative of your own corporate culture.

You may wish to start out with a few special events that welcome a potential partner to interact with your team as part of the selection process. Lunch N? Learns or small group information sessions may be a great way to select a long term partner.

Forbes magazine suggests the following 4 tips:

  1. Determine the needs/wants of your team along with their expectations
  2. Analyze and create a sustainable plan with matrix for success
  3. Create a robust communications plan
  4. Include an incentive plan that provides a value add for employees

As with any other investment a solid foundation is a great runway for success as your business continues to soar!
