Fitness Options

They say that every 6 weeks you should change or introduce something new into your fitness routine.? Are you looking for new options?

Here are a few suggestions that you may not have considered in the past:

Iobella
Trapeze
Hula Hoop
Indoor Surfing
Aerial Yoga
Barre
Fencing
Trampoline
Frisbee

Now some of these options may not yet be available at your local gym.?Iobella for example is a new method of resistance training in a climate controlled booth receiving instruction that uses your own body weight for maximum results. The Hula Hoop on the other hand is an easy way to introduce new cardio into your routine and ?weighted hoops? are available at most fitness stores. The ?Barre? is an interesting twist on ballet moves which combine yoga, Pilates and balance to achieve maximum results.

And?we are all familiar with the Frisbee – use this as a great way to introduce friends and family to exercise on the weekends or at corporate picnics.

So reach out and try something new for 2014!
